1,Humour through the characters and the stories.提供了幽默元素对于故事教学，让孩子们主动去探寻故事从而学习英语。

The important thing is not so much that every child should be taught,as that every child should be given the wish to learn .

2，Creativity and learning through action and activity.创造中表达去学习，发现学习的乐趣。

It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.在创造中学习，去发现学习的乐趣，有非常多丰富的活动让孩子们更好的创造性学习。

3， Connecting to the world outside the classroom.更多希望孩子们在更多的探索知识中学习英语，英语只是一种学习只是的一个途径。

A child educated only at school is an uneducated child.只在学校的教育是不完整的，不是真正的教育。

 4，Teacher as guide and facilitator 

teacher should guide without dictating and participate without dominating

在教学中是以学生为中心，老师是指导者、参与者和促进者，根据不同的孩子设置不同的活动，如：rule play ,pair work,让孩子在真是的情景中进行学习交际。

5,Meaningful practice through songs ,games,chants .pair work,etc.学习语言要在更多的有有意的语境中，进行练习（丰富的歌谣、活动、游戏等）和复现所学知识。

6，Learning styles/Mutiple intelligences 多元智能，培养孩子多方面的能力(每个孩子有不同的特点，在教学时教师应该采取多元智能的方式进行教学)

If a child can not learn the way we teach ,maybe we should teach the way they learn.

利用听说读写开展多元性的教学是老师的设计方向
